Do you take credit cards?
Yes we do! You can use your card to buy tickets online or at the booth. We accept cash as well! However We offer a cash discount incentive of 5.25% + 0.80/transaction for all online Transactions, and 2.75% + 0.30/transaction for all in person transactions when using a card. Meaning that if you show up to our event and pay with a card that you will be charged our standard prices plus the 2.75% + 0.30/transaction card fee. Cash is king, it’s cheaper and we prefer it.

Is there an age limit?
Infants are not allowed access to the event. However, the attractions may not be suitable for very young or sensitive children, so parents should use their discretion. If you think your child can handle it then great! If not then its probably a good idea to leave them at home if you bring an unruly child it could ruin the experience for you and everybody around you! We have seen all ages come through and be fine then we have had some not even make it through the first attraction!

Will we be touched?
YES! If you would prefer not to be, you can purchase one of our no-touch medallions.
Is this a good haunted house to bring my kids to?
YES! We have customers who bring their children every year and love it! In fact, many times we see braver children than adults!

Do you do timed ticketing?
No, we don’t do timed ticketing. Just buy your tickets and show up at whatever available date & time you choose. It’s best if you come and pay cash at the gate – it’s cheaper for us and for you!

How many people can go in at one time?
No more than 6 per group. Any more than that will take away from the experience and potentially pose a safety threat.

How long does it take to get out?
That depends on the group. Some have gotten out in as soon as 30 minutes, and some last as long as 45 minutes. Time is dependent on how interactive you are with our monsters!

Are you open if it rains?
Yes! We open rain or shine! However if it rains our outdoor trail will be closed But our indoor attractions will be open! We will sell half priced tickets at the booth only! If you had already purchased Tickets online DO NOT COME ON A NIGHT THAT THE FORCAST IS CALLING FOR RAIN! Plan for a different night! Furthermore if you come on a rainy night just know that you will be missing out on over half of what we have to offer because our trail is OVER half the experience! So if you have never been here or are driving long distances we do not recommend coming on a night its raining.
